David H. Gleason Associates, Inc is an architectural and urban design firm engaged in residential, institutional and commercial projects. Incorporated in 1976, the firm has extensive experience in rehabilitation and restoration projects, additions and new construction, and design guidelines for historic areas.Custom designs for single-family residences range from modest additions and renovations to new homes of over 6, 500 square feet. Our multi-family residential architecture includes townhouses, apartments, condominiums, housing for the elderly and affordable housing. The firms institutional and commercial work includes sports facilities, office buildings, banks and retail shops. Rehabilitation and restoration work includes numerous investment tax credit projects.
