Kids Quest offers quality child care services in the Mohegan Sun Casino. Experienced, licensed, CPR-certified childcare professionals provide supervision for children ages six weeks to twelve years old. This vibrant indoor playground features slides, climbing equipment, tunnels and games as well as a karaoke star stage for budding singers, a quiet play zone and non-violent video games. Kids Quest is adjacent to Cyber Quest in the Mohegan Sun arcade. The Quest Cafe provides snacks for a nominal fee.
EB Games is part of a chain of stores including GameStop and Electronics Boutique. EB Games offers new videogame systems and games that are new and pre-owned and also accepts trade-ins. This EB Games is located on the lower level of the Westfield Trumbull Shopping Mall.
The Amity Teen Center caters to all ages, but especially targets high school students between the ages of 13 and 19. The facility includes a computer room stocked with PCs where teens can do homework, "game" or browse Facebook. The center has every game console ever made and stocks hundreds of games. Snacks and beverages are available at the Internet Cafe. Thursday is Open Mic Night, and Friday and Saturday during the school year live bands play starting at 7pm. A recent addition is the 2,000 square foot, fenced-in outdoor basketball court.
Prehistoric Mini Golf & Ice Cream is a seasonal business. From spring to fall, it offers a mini golf course with a dinosaur theme, an ice cream parlor, a moon bounce for children and a shop for purchasing souvenirs like t-shirts (adult and kid sizes). The mini golf is set on a hillside overlooking a picnic table area below.
Blue Fox Rock'n Bowl is an entertainment arena featuring bowling, mini golf and laser tag. Individual and group rates are available for the bowling alley, with unlimited bowling on Friday and Saturday nights after 8:30pm. Bowling leagues for all levels of bowlers are also available.
Customers can also check out Blue Fox Rock'n Bowl's laser tag arena, located right in the bowling alley. It is available for individuals at a per person, per session rate or for private parties by reservation. Friday and Saturday nights after ten is unlimited laser tag at a rate of $20 per person.
Directly next to the bowling alley is Blue Fox Rock'n Bowl's 18-hole mini golf course. It is available from May through October. Rates are charged per person, per game with a maximum of four people per group.
Weekends at Blue Fox Rock'n Bowl feature neon lights and a live D.J. Combination packages are available for parties that can include all three activities.
At Pump It Up, kids enjoy romping on gigantic inflatable slides, bounce houses and obstacle courses. One of five locations throughout the northeast, this Pump It Up has open play hours and also hosts birthday parties, which include pizza and beverages. A trained staff is on hand to supervice the children.
Riverfront Miniature Golf & Ice Cream is located right off Route 4 next to the Farmington River and in the same plaza as Sun Valley Tanning and Serenity Hair Lounge. Open Friday through Sunday, Riverfront is reasonably priced and does have a discounted rate for seniors. Riverfront also boasts being home to over a dozen different ice cream flavors. Though a small venue, Riverfront is a full 18-hole course and has plenty of parking on-site.
