We have SO much to offer! The apartments are professionally decorated with astonishing furniture schemes. We are directly centered near local commercial centers and casual dining facilities and even provide a boardwalk to them. Everyone has their own bathroom. Utilities are inclusive. The amenities are breathtaking! The staff is phenomenal and cares about the residents!! A frost free refrigerator with an ice maker, oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, sofa, love seat or chair, window treatments ( blinds only ), large capacity washer and dryer, coffee table, end table, two bar stools, entertainment center, and a dinette set with 4 chairs. A full size ( or double ) bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, window treatments ( blinds only ) and a night stand. Your rent includes water, sewer, trash, cable television service with HBO and Showtime, high speed internet access T3 lines, and electricity with a cap. There is a $30.00 electricity cap per person. This means that we cover $30 worth of electricity per person in the apartment. So, for a 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment, $90.00 of electricity is already included in the rent. Anything above and beyond will be divided amongst the roommates. The office will do the dividing.
