Tirto Furniture specializes in creating contemporary & sustainable furniture that blends traditional, modern, and sustainable design. Our furniture is created primarily out of salvaged teak wood from torn down houses, railroad ties, benches, and other recycled sources. We have been designing furniture for decades, we operate our own workshop, and every piece of wood is hand selected for its natural elements. We have the ability to create custom pieces of furniture or installations, as our skilled craftsmen are able to produce just about anything a discerning customer or designer can think-up. On our sales floor you will find housewares, kitchenware, home decor, original art, bookshelves, side tables, dinner tables, coffee tables, and manufacturing is available for you to bring your own design to life. Scotts multiple degrees from Arizona State University include: a B.A. in Art History, a B.A. in Anthropology/Archeology; and minors in Business and Chinese Mandarin. Scott studied European and Baroque painting under Donald A. Rabiner, Ph.D., Chinese and Japanese painting under Ju Shi Chou, Ph.D., and Chinese ceramics under Claudia Brown, Ph.D.
