Bodine offers prototype to production, full-service capabilities, which includes machining to client specifications. Bodine Aluminum is a QS-9000 and ISO-14001 registered facility. The company has plants in St. Louis and Troy, Mo. The Bodine Aluminum St. Louis plant is a full-service aluminum foundry that specializes in sand and permanent mold 300 series aluminum castings. The site maintains more than 3,000 patterns for its 170-plus customers. The Troy, Mo., plant is located 40 miles northwest of St. Louis. The plant is a captive low-pressure, permanent mold and high-pressure casting facility that is 100 percent dedicated to Toyota Motor Company.
