PetroLiance was formed by the merger of four petroleum, fuels and lubricant distribution companies united in their pursuit to provide customers with an array of quality products and services. The partners include Boncosky Oil Company, which is headquartered in Chicago; Commercial Ullman Lubricants Company of Ohio; Lubricant Technologies, which is active in North and South Carolina, and Georgia; and Young Oil Company of Florida. PetroLiance maintains a location in Elgin, Ill.
