Headquartered in Arkansas, Flash Market, and its affiliated petroleum company, Flash Oil Company of Arkansas, own, operate or supply fuel to more than 150 retail locations in the states of Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Missouri. Of these locations, approximately 70 are company-owned and operated under the Flash Market banner. The company proudly markets and distributes fuel under the CITGO, Shell, Phillips and Conoco brands. Beginning with its first store in 1985, the company s mission has always been to provide customers with some of the finest quality fuel, food and merchandise at competitive prices in an atmosphere of superior service. The introduction of the Flash Card fleet fueling program in 2004 provides customers with a secure, convenient and flexible system to manage their fuel purchases.
