Crocker & Starr Wines is a boutique winery. It produces Sauvignon Blanc, Cab Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals, with 15 vintages, with such vintages as its 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon “Stone Place” being rated 94 points by Robert Parker and 95 points by Gary Vaynerchuk of Wine Library TV. Crocker & Starr was founded by Charlie Crocker and Pam Starr who additionally undertakes the winery's winemaking position.
Quintessa Winery is a unique estate on Silverado Trail. The vineyards are modern and innovative, and the winery itself is striking. Designed by prominent architects to blend into the contours of the land, the structure features a crescent-shaped facade of indigenous stone, with the state-of-the-art winery built into the hillside behind. Quintessa is a quintessential winery, producing one singular estate wine each season. It welcomes visitors for private, guided tours of the vineyards, winery and caves, and tastings of several Quintessa vintages. Guests must make an appointment prior to arriving.
Orin Swift Cellars is an international, small-production specialty wine maker. It sells a number of its signature wines online and in St. Helena, where it operates its own tasting room. Guests can experience a selection of Orin Swift signature varietals while learning about the unique structure and process of the winery.
