The County Highway Department's mission is to provide a full service agency responding to the current and future transportation needs of its public by providing a well maintained, safe and economic Bridge and Highway system. Charles "Skip" Vezzetti is Rockland County Highways' Superintendent. The department includes an engineering division, maintenance and construction division, maps and information systems division, traffic safety, drainage and permits divisions.
