Hes been a framing, siding and finish carpenter, a cabinet maker, managed a family-run business and was a general contractor custom home builder who built over 70 homes and over 20 town home complexes. Rich has been married for 15 years to his wife Cheryl, and they have three girls ages 15, 12, 9. He enjoys baseball, softball, bowling and watching these same sports. He has bowled four perfect games within a three-year span. Allen has been a construction corporation owner since 1990 and a home builder since 1998. He is a Level III Installation Certified Technician and Certified Investigative Inspector for Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors. Allen likes spending time with his wife, a good wine with dinner, and action movies.
