Owners Gerhard and Alexandra Gessner take pride in the non-competitive, calming atmosphere of their YogaWorks-affiliated studio. Retreats including yoga at the beach can be scheduled and specialty classes like hatha and power yoga are held on a weekly basis, as well as yoga therapy. Monthly memberships offer unlimited access to classes, but walk-ins are also welcome. First time visitors can enjoy"Yogabasics," a complimentary introductory workshop, allowing beginners to not feel threatened or intimidated by the art and exercise of yoga.
