Situated in the Galleria next to Scheherazade, this cafe is the brainchild of Lynn Gordon, the creator of French Meadow Bakery in Minneapolis. It serves fair trade, organic coffees, organic and biodynamic wines, local craft brews and a host of foods -- from nibbles to rustic main plates. There are grab-and-go soups, salads and pastries with casual seating and a wine bar for those who want full table service. All day breakfast items, cheese plates and wine flights are just a few of the nice touches that this restaurant brings to the upscale mall. It is the first example of the Peoples franchise concept.
