The City of Pearl Police Department, Established in 1973, is one of the largest city police departments in Missouri. Its fleet of automobiles includes a mobile crime laboratory and, animal control vehicle, and prisoner transport and special response team vans, as well as more than 20 marked patrol units. Located in Pearl, Miss., the department operates a command center and employs officers who are equipped with advanced technical and communication equipment, such as body armor and dual-antennae radar. It conducts various criminal and narcotics investigations and issues warrants. Additionally, the City of Pearl Police Department offers street patrol services to ensure the safety of lives and public and private properties.
