Hecht Veterinary Hospital Becomes Pawsitive Veterinary Care Our establishment has operated in the Tulsa area since 1974. In 2009 Dr. Marc Campbell acquired the hospital from Dr. Bernard Hecht. In January 2018, Dr. Jennifer Anderson purchased the hospital from Dr. Marc Campbell. Upon purchasing, Dr. Jennifer Anderson changed the name to Pawsitive Veterinary Care.
