Pathways is an adult day care program. It offers long-term and respite care. Its aim is to mitigate the premature institutionalization of senior patients and those suffering from physical and psychological challenges. Its team is comprised of various nurses, social workers, registered nursing assistants, music therapists, dietitians and consulting physicians, among others.
