Paterson Pacific Parchment, also known as Paterson Paper, is one of the oldest and largest independent paper manufacturers in the Western United States. Its food service products include custom printed color napkins, bibs, coasters and doilies. The company also carries a full line of baking parchment, including pan liners, baking cups, pizza sheets and tamale paper. Paterson manufactures dental towels, drape sheets, exam table rolls, examination capes and gowns, dental tray covers and industrial grade and graphic art printing parchment. Established in 1896 in Paterson, N.J., the company later moved to San Francisco in the 1930s. Since 1990, the company has maintained headquarters in Sparks, Nev.
