Palmetto Health Hospice is a nonprofit organization providing various hospice services to communities in South Carolina since 1979. It is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified program, and is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. It provides medical, emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients of all ages.
