NTK Construction, Inc was founded in June of 2004 by three principals Tin Tran, Sammy Kwok and David Nosenzo who all previously worked for Homer J Olsen, Inc Company officially opened its doors in 2005 as a General Engineering Union Contractor. To gain a competitive advantage, NTK is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the California Unified Certification Program ( UCP ) and a Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certified by the San Francisco Human Rights Commission.
