This is one of 14 health clinics operated by the NCHS (North County Health Service.) It was created in 1971 to treat low-income patients with quality health care that is comprehensive, affordable and culturally sensitive. It is an authorized provider of several non-profit and government programs such as CMS, CHDP and the Ryan White Project. Different health plans are honored or patients pay a sliding-scale amount. It offers dental and general medical check-up, diagnosis and treatment.
