My Gym is a children's fitness center located next to the CVS on South Main Street. It offers programs to children from age 6 weeks to 13-years old. Some of the activities are music, dance, games, gymnastics and so much more. Childrengainstrength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility while developing social skills, confidence and self-esteem. My Gym also hosts birthday parties and more.
