A great place for children from 7 months through 10 years old to learn basic gymnastics skills, develop coordination and body-awareness. My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. We offer structured, age-appropriate, weekly classes that incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and more.
