Since 1987, the people of Chicagoland have been walking all over Mr. Floor and his products. Claiming over 10,000 satisfied customers, that's a lot of walking. The showroom here in this location on Oakton may be part of the reason, but it probably has more to do with the level of customer service provided. Each customer works with a specially assigned project manager, the chosen floor is certified by a kitchen/floor expert, and the environmentally friendly wood is "seasoned" in a wood acclimation room.
