Mesa Wood Ltd was founded by John and Marcia Stavovy in 1979 in Washington, Pennsylvania. Starting with a crew of three people, no subcontractors and one pick-up truck, Mesa Wood Ltd built one to two homes per year. Today with a crew of ten people, multiple subcontractors and many company vehicles, Mesa Wood Ltd builds about 10-12 homes per year. Each home is custom designed by the customer and for the customer.
