Megan E. Fulton, MSPAS, PA-C, was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. A graduate of MUSCs PA program, she has been board certified since 2007. She has experience as a PA in emergency medicine, general surgery/trauma, and neurosurgery/neuroendovascular surgery at MUSC. Her clinical interests include the management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, anxiety, depression, and the workup of new neck and back pain. She also enjoys womens health and wellness/prevention. During her non-clinical time, she serves as director of PA practice for MUSC Health and is adjunct faculty with the PA program. Megan is active in the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants (SCAPA) and has served in multiple leadership roles including president. She is a Paul Ambrose Scholar and has been awarded PA of the year, 2017, by SCAPA.
