Lone Star College-CyFair, also known as LSC-CyFair, is a part of the Lone Star College System. It is an educational institution that provides various academic programs and services. The college offers classes in accounting, art, architecture, criminal justice, cosmetology, computer science, financial planning and industrial technology. Lone Star College-CyFair also provides educational programs in nursing, philosophy, public administration, sonography and visual communication. It operates a library and bookstore and offers several associate degrees and certification courses. In addition, the college provides high school programs. Founded in 2003, Lone Star College-CyFair has anatomy, chess, pool and math clubs. It also operates an honors student organization. The college s sports activities include soccer, tennis and basketball.
