The LIFT is a transportation service for handicap individuals and is provided by Sun Metro, which is a mass transit department administered by the city of El Paso, Texas. Sun Metro employs more than 600 staff members and serves the city of Sunland Park, N.M. It offers a range of transportation services for job training, education, employment and child care destinations. The department features over 140 paratransit vehicles, warehouses, and Glory Road, Mission Valley, Westside and Downtown Transfer terminals. Sun Metro also provides Union Depot rental services that include a seating arrangement for nearly 350 people and parking area. It additionally offers a variety of advertising services through bus displays.
