About the Practice ........ Lauren Rubal, MD, is a fellowship-trained infertility specialist at her private medical practice in Newport Beach, California. She specializes in holistic fertility and reproductive endocrinology issues. Dr. Rubal seeks to empower women to optimize their fertility, harnessing their body’s natural cyclicity and restoring their hormonal rhythms. She makes it her mission to assist women in achieving their dream of a baby through natural and holistic fertility methods.   Dr. Rubal earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, after being among only 20 individuals chosen for a six-year undergraduate and graduate honors program in medicine. She relocated to Southern California to complete an internship in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She remained at the university, finishing a three-year fellowship in infertility and reproductive endocrinology.  A board-certified OB/GYN and award-winning clinician, Dr. Rubal delivers hope and provides solutions to women with recurrent pregnancy losses and those with irregular periods or abnormal bleeding. She draws on her extensive training to provide evidence-based diagnoses and treatment while forgoing an overreliance on hormones and fertility medications. Dr. Rubal offers comprehensive infertility services, including fertility analyses, ovulation tracking, and treatments for conditions that impair fertility, such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, polyps, polycystic ovary syndrome, and more.
