Established in 1999, KosherMart is a locally owned family business. Based in Rockville, Md., the store provides the Jewish community with quality kosher prepared foods, as well as an extended line of Israeli products, wines and a variety of kosher gourmet products from around the world. KosherMarts business also includes the Jewish Gift Shop that features sefarim (religious books) and items from Israel. It features the Israeli Restaurant and Grill and the KosherMart Caf along with an expanded line of prepared foods, Israeli products, fresh fish counter and olive bar. KosherMart is under the supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington.
