John Kilgro, the agency owner, got his start in the insurance world as a claims adjuster for another major carrier. After spending a decade on the claims side of things, John decided to try his hand in the competitive agency market. What began as a tiny, one room, local office attached to a farm equipment store front has grown into a regional agency handling accounts north of Ohio down to the southern part of Alabama and beyond.
