KSW Mechanical Services Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of KSW Inc. that furnishes and installs heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as process piping systems. It provides services for institutional, transportation, industrial, commercial, high-rise residential, chiller plants and public works projects. Some of the completed projects of the company were Childrens Hospital-Emergency Department, Brooklyn Renaissance, Millenium Hotel and Brookhaven Chiller Plant. It has received letters of approval as an authorized bidder by various government agencies, including the New York City Transit Authority, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and New York City School Construction Authority. The company has approximately 43 full-time office and project support employees.
