J. Huger Richardson, MD, FACC. cardiologist, is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, and served his internship and residency in internal medicine at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. He completed his fellowship in cardiology at the Ochsner Foundation in New Orleans. He is interested in all aspects of cardiac evaluation and therapy, along with prevention programs such as diet, exercise and good health habits. He has been the principle investigator for United Therapeutics Phase III Claudication Trial, and is certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.
