Rates for the ballroom are subject to change and are based on the day of the week you want to have your event. Once youve viewed the room and are ready to sign the contract with us, you will pay a security deposit. This deposit is not inclusive of the room rental rate. The amount you deposit will be returned within 30 days following your event provided there are no issues or damages to the facility. Our ballroom is 9,000 square feet in size. With a 100 x 60 carpeted area for tables and chairs and a 45 x 50 tiled dance floor, it is large enough to accommodate 400 people. A special preparation area for caterers and a mirrored beverage service area are available. The ballroom is located on the second floor and can be accessed by the elevator or stairs.
