They got their start by building custom offices and in an attempt to optimize the space of Florida residents who frequently only live in the area half of the year (Florida snowbirds), the bulk of their business became building murphy beds for people. The majority of their customers are part time Florida residents that own a condo in Florida but do not have the space to dedicate to a guest room but they want area for their visitors to come stay with them.
