The Hills Highlands Clubhouse features a community fitness center, locker rooms, management site office and two meeting rooms, mainly used for Hills Highlands Masters Association meetings. The facilities are for members of the Association, but the meeting rooms are available on weekends for rental. The Clubhouse is also the voting location for various community elections.
