Local 16 – Insulators & Asbestos Workers Union is affiliated with the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers. The mission of Local 16 is to protect the rights and safety of Bay Area residents who work in the insulation industry. The union office is in the Harbor Bay Business Park area, along the southern edge of Bay Farm Island.
