Happy Life Animal Rescue is a foster-based pet rescue located in the Hudson Valley (Patterson), New York. We gives animals who are not yet ready for adoption a chance to live and be loved in foster homes. This exciting partnership with Hudson Valley based foster families allows the HLAR to take in more cats and dogs. Fostering is an incredibly rewarding experience you’ll never forget, and improves the lives of rescue animals in a very direct way.
