Guthrie Healthcare System is a community-based, nonprofit health care system that offers a range of medical and health care services. The system works with network of primary care and specialty physicians, community hospitals, and a research institute. It operates Robert Packer Hospital, Troy Community Hospital, as well as long-term care entities, such as Guthrie Home Care, Guthrie Hospice and Sayre House Nursing Home. Guthrie Healthcare System offers ongoing programs that include wellness education, health screenings, reduced rate immunizations and support groups. It serves the residents of northern Pennsylvania and southern New York in the United States. Guthrie Healthcare System maintains its cancer center in Corning, N.Y.
