Granite City Food & Brewery is an American upscale casual restaurant chain that operates more than 20 restaurants in over 10 Midwestern states. Its menu features a range of appetizers, salads, burgers, flatbread pizzas, soups, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. The chain s restaurants also have on-site breweries that offer a variety of handcrafted and signature beer, including Duke of Wellington and Pride of Pilsen. The restaurants desserts include cakes, pies, pastries and ice cream. Granite City Food & Brewery, with a location in St. Cloud, Minn., opened its first restaurant in 1999. The chain also operates the exclusive Mug Club, which offers food discounts, special tap beer programs and reward points to its members.
