Located in South Hero, Vt., the Folsom Educational and Community Center offers a variety of academic and recreational programs for students in kindergarten through grade six. The center has a library that stocks a variety of books, project reports, and reading and reference materials. It teaches various subjects, including math, science, social studies and English. The center conducts classes in physical and health education, art and instrumental music. The Folsom Educational and Community Center offers French, vocal music and language arts. It provides a student assistance program and counseling services. It also offers food and nursing assistance services. The center is a part of the Grand Isle Supervisory Union.
