Fitness Meets Wellness offers personal training, small group classes and group personal training for two to four people. It also offers a "6 Weeks to Wellness" program as well as yoga for the body and mind. This wellness facility has wellness programs for teens as well as seniors. Fitness Meets Wellness prides itself on it's "NO CROWDS, NO CONTRACTS" motto. Susan Mackenzie is the owner and personal trainer of Fitness Meets Wellness and has had her business at 30 Lyman Street since April of 2007.
