In operation since 2003, Fitness 19 is a chain of gymnasiums, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and kids room facilities. Located in Katy, Texas, the fitness center is equipped with easy-to-use consoles, heart rate monitoring, strength and free weight equipment, treadmills, stairclimbers as well as lifecycles and elliptical cross-trainers. It also features dumbbells, barbells, benches, multijungles, eight-station crossover cables, power racks and hammer strength plate-loaded equipment. Fitness 19 also provides strength as well as personal training to its members.
