F.I.T.(Focused Individual Training)is not your normal gym. The fitness center was founded by trainersand offers personalized services such as one-on-one training, weight loss coaching and fitness programslike Crossfit, which includes more challenging regimens geared towards "anyone wishing to develop elite fitness." Additional programs include the Barbell Club (Olympic-style weightlifting) and sports and orthopedic massage.
