Located in Fallon, Nev., Fallon Tribal Health Clinic is a more than 13,000-square-foot ambulatory health care facility that was built in 1997. It maintains various examination and treatment rooms and a catchment area. The clinic offers services in the areas of optometry, mental and community health outreach, substance abuse counseling, public health nursing, transportation, podiatry, allergy, cardiology and pharmacy. Fallon Tribal Health Clinic provides diabetes education and dental and laboratory services.
