Erma’s Frozen Custard is a family-owned and -operated business in Shelby Township. It is open seasonally, and features a number of outdoor benches, tables and umbrella-covered tables. The frozen custard comes in a variety of flavors or mix-ins, such as strawberry shortcake, brownie, blueberry pie, mint and Oreo. Shakes, cones, frozen creamees, parfaits, malts, sundaes and floats are also available, as well as weekly flavors that have seasonal influence. For example, October features pumpkin-flavored custard.
