The Duneland Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization located in Chesterton, Ind. The organization s health and wellness program includes healthy lifestyle, youth fitness, exercise, and personal and group training classes. It offers sports, aquatic and gymnastic programs for children, teenagers and adults. The Duneland Family YMCA s programs for senior citizens include water aerobics, group exercises, tai chi and the SilverSneakers program. The organization youth program includes tae kwon do, judo and dance. The Duneland Family YMCA is a part of the YMCA of San Diego County.
