Dr. Robert Oliver Jr is a board-certified Birmingham plastic surgeon, and a 4th generation surgeon in his family. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery at the Nashville Plastic Surgery Institute and has been in private practice in Birmingham since 2005.
