Since 1950, Dallas Christian College has been educating students in Biblical and theological studies, general education courses from a Christian world view, courses in various professional areas with an active program of Christian service and chapel attendance. Based in Dallas, Texas, the college meets the educational needs of its diverse student body and encourages evangelistic leadership of churches and Christian organization in Texas, the Southwest and around the globe. Nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE), Dallas Christian College also organizes special weekends or weeks for students to participate in mission trips, civic charitable events, inner-city work, local church projects and work in childrens home.
