The Center for Hope, a division of Family Centers, offers resources for bereavement and critical illness support. The Center also offers individual, group and family counseling, support groups and meditation groups. Other services include Hearts of Hope, a program for those affected by heart disease and community education programs. All counseling, support, and education services are facilitated by highly trained professionals.
