Catholic Memorial Home is a full-service rehabilitation and adult care center. Founded by Raymond Considine, Catholic Memorial has been operational for more than 65 years. Located in Fall River, Mass., the center is a part of Diocesan Health Facilities. It is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and American Academy of Pain Management.
