It offers personal training services for rehabilitation, particularly post-surgery.The gym area is bright and clean, with a wide variety of MedX machines. Body USA utilizes the SuperSlow method of training, which requires only one or two short sessions per week. Sessions are by appointment only, but are available on any day at any time.
